- Oil for shallow frying
For Toppings:
- Sweet tamarind chutney
- Green chutney
- Finely chopped onions
- Sev
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Lemon juice

Step 1: Cook the Ragda
- Pressure cook soaked white peas with salt until soft (3–4 whistles).
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook until soft.

- Add cooked peas and mash slightly for thick consistency.
