How to Make Air Fryer Aloo Tikki — Step-by-Step
Boil potatoes until soft, peel them, and mash until smooth with no lumps.
Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, chaat masala, coriander, ginger, and rice flour.
Mix well to form a smooth dough.
Take small portions and shape them into round flat tikkis.
Keep them uniform so they cook evenly.
Preheat to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
Place tikkis in the basket.
Brush lightly with oil (optional).
Air fry 10 minutes, flip, then cook 6–8 more minutes until golden.
Serve with mint chutney, tamarind chutney, or use for Aloo Tikki Chaat!
